How to use:

Piroxicam is available in the form of a capsule. One or two capsules should be taken per day. The same time(s) every day is best for taking piroxicam. Make sure you understand all instructions on your prescription label. Consult your doctor if you have any questions.

• The typical daily dose is 20 mg. This can be divided into two doses of 10 mg each.

Warnings for people with certain health conditions

For people with asthma: Piroxicam can trigger asthma attacks. If you have asthma that is triggered by aspirin, don't take piroxicam. Both can trigger asthma symptoms.
