Description & Uses

Sodium Valproate is sodium salt of Valproic Acid, primarily used as an anticonvulsant and mood stabilizer in the treatment of epilepsy, bipolar disorder, and migraine prophylaxis. It works by increasing gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) levels in the brain, reducing nerve excitability.
