How does it work?

Side effects:

When taken by mouth: Small doses of cobalt could be safe when taken for a short time. There are a few small studies that suggest cobalt chloride 1 mg daily for 90 days is safe. When taken in high doses or for prolonged periods of time, cobalt is not safe. It may lead to heart problems, hearing impairment, and vision loss in some people.
